How Healthy is our Kombucha?

Our kombucha is brewed with live, naturally-occurring cultures. Some research suggests certain live cultures may support digestive wellness, but effects vary by individual and more research is needed.

Organic & True Fermentation
Why Our Kombucha is Different!

We use fair-trade organic tea and organic pure cane sugar. We follow the traditional fermentation process for a raw drink with live cultures. Where as some commercial companies alter the fermentation process. These processes can prevent or reduce live cultures and beneficial acids. 

No Artificial Ingredients

We don’t use any artificial sweeteners, or even artificial flavoring. Real fruits our cut up and fresh herbs are used. We add those flavors to our kombucha for a healthy, flavor-packed beverage.

Less Sugar than Typical Soda & Juice

Most of the sugar is consumed by the SCOBY in the fermentation process, and we don’t typically add extra sugar after fermentation. We do share if there is an addition of maple syrup or honey. Most of our kombucha, we just add fruit which has natural sugars.

Small Amount of Caffeine

Our kombucha is made from black or green tea, but the fermentation process metabolizes some of the caffeine, so it naturally retains a small amount of caffeine.

This is known to support alertness and energy. However, many people find they can drink some at night and sleep just fine.

Our Story

Chris’s passion for fermentation started over a decade ago with home-brewing. But after God moved him and his wife Jena to Greenville, South Carolina in 2022, he discovered a new love — kombucha. The two were instantly drawn to the idea of a healthy, flavor-packed beverage that offered endless room for creativity, and could be enjoyed any time of day, on any adventure.
